Martial Arts
These classes will help toddlers and younger children with muscle control, flexibility, and balance. Students will learn the basic movements and skills that will give them a head start in team sports, martial arts, and many other physical activities.
Lil Ninjas (Ages 3 – 5)
Students will learn the correct form for stances, basic kicks, chambers, and punches. This class is designed to teach children the basics of martial arts including discipline and self control while learning in a fun and energetic environment.
Warriors (Ages 6 – 8)
Warriors are ready to build off the skills they learned in Lil Ninjas while adding blocks, advanced kicks, falls, and basic self defense.
Please wear comfortable attire that allow freedom of movement including long pants and t-shirts or sweatshirts. No jeans, shorts, or tank tops. Clothing should not have buttons, snaps, or zippers.
Participants will be barefoot during class.
United Fighting Arts Federation (UFAF) Chuck Norris System (Ages 9 – Adult)
The UFAF is an increasingly worldwide martial arts membership organization founded by Mr. Chuck Norris. UFAF is the governing body of the Chuck Norris System (CNS), UFAF Krav Maga (UFAF KM), and UFAF Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (UFAF BJJ), overseeing the growth, development, and certification in these dynamic styles
Please wear comfortable attire that allow freedom of movement including long pants and t-shirts or sweatshirts. No jeans, shorts, or tank tops. Clothing cannot have buttons, snaps, or zippers.
Participants will be barefoot during class.
Official uniforms, patches, and equipment can be ordered at the studio.
Individual students will be required to obtain and maintain membership in UFAF to test for Advanced Belts.
Movement
Adult Stretch Class
This class is designed for adults 18 and over. Come one day a week or two, whatever fits your schedule. Kindly let us know at least 24 hours in advance if you are attending class.
You will learn basic techniques of stretching and moving your body to increase flexibility, balance, and strength through gentle movements.
Please wear comfortable clothing that allows for freedom of movement. You are welcome to bring a yoga mat, water, and a towel, but they are not required.
*Students may be sitting or lying on the floor and standing during class. If you have any limitations, please let your instructor know ahead of time and some modifications can be made
