HOW DO I REGISTER FOR CLASSES?

  2. Add your student(s)
  3. Select the classes you want to register for
  4. Pay online or bring cash or a check to the office

WHAT AGES DO YOU HAVE CLASSES FOR?

We offer classes for ages 12 months – Adult. 

WHAT DANCE CLASSES DO YOU OFFER?

We have classes in classical ballet, tap, jazz, lyrical, and musical theatre. See individual class descriptions. 

DO YOU HAVE ANY CLASSES THAT AREN’T DANCE?

Yes!  

 

Movin’ & Groovin’ is a Mommy & Me type class for ages 12 – 36 months.

 

We have weekly Ninja and Warriors classes for ages 4 – 8. 

 

Theatre Classes for ages 10 – 18 are held on Mondays.

 

Private music and voice lessons are scheduled based on availability. 

 

Adult Stretch class for ages 18 and over meets on Thursday evenings.

 

We have monthly art classes including Krafty Kids class for ages 4-9, Watercolor Painting class for ages 7- Adult, and Whimsy and Wonder painting workshops.

 

Other classes are scheduled and posted on our website and FaceBook pages. 

HOW MUCH DO CLASSES COST?

 

Art classes vary by class, topic, and date. 

 

Music and Voice Lessons are $15 per week for 30 minute sessions. 

 

Payment is due the first of each the month.

 

All Dance, Theatre, Movin’ and Groovin’, Ninja, and Warriors classes are $80 per session.

 

Each session runs for 8 weeks.  

 

Sessions begin in January, March, and September. 

 

There is a $25 Administration fee for all new Dance, Theatre, Ninja, and Warrior, and Movin’ and Groovin’ students.

WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?

We are at 59 E Benjamin Drive in New Martinsville.  

There is a large parking lot in back.  The main entrance is through the double doors.

 

The building was previously the First Presbyterian Church.

WHAT DOES MY CHILD NEED TO WEAR TO CLASS?

Your child needs to wear appropriate clothing and shoes depending on the class they are registered for.

WHEN DO CLASSES BEGIN?

Art classes are scheduled monthly.  Please see our calendar for more information.

Dance, Theatre, Movin’ and Groovin, Lil Ninja, and Warrior classes run in 8 week sessions and begin in January, March, and September.

DO YOU HAVE GYMNASTICS OR CHEER CLASSES?

We do not, but there are other local business who do offer those classes.  

DO YOU PARTICIPATE IN DANCE COMPETITIONS?

We do not. 

 

We do host two live performances, our Student Revue and Holiday Extravaganza, that all of our dance students are welcome and encouraged to participate in.  They are held at the Lincoln Theater on Main Street in New Martinsville and scheduled in May and December.  

 

We also participate in Mid-Ohio Valley Ballet’s performance of the Nutcracker held in December in New Martinsville. 

 

Eligible dance students are invited to attend the WV Dance Festival in Charleston in the Spring.
